Return Policy

We want you to be confident in every order you place with VapingLand. Here's how returns work.

Unopened Products
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Opened Products
Due to the nature of nicotine and vape products, opened or used items cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons. This applies to all pods, cartridges, e-liquids, and devices that have been opened or activated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vapingland.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return shipping required in most cases.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@vapingland.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used pods, cartridges, e-liquids, or devices
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
