FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $89 AFTER DISCOUNTS
- Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high order volume, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may extend up to 72 hours.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent automatically.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Estimated Transit Times:
Western U.S.: Approximately 5–7 business days
Eastern U.S.: Approximately 6–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
- Adult Signature Requirement
Due to federal regulations regarding age-restricted products, all vape-related shipments require Adult Signature verification upon delivery. The recipient must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government-issued ID when receiving the package.
If the delivery attempt fails because an adult is not available to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
- Return to Sender
If a package is returned to VapingLand due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failure to complete delivery requirements, VapingLand is not obligated to issue a refund or resend the order.
If the returned package is received at our warehouse, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost, applicable service fees, and restocking fees.
- Customer Responsibility for Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that someone of legal age is available to complete the required Adult Signature verification.
If a package is returned due to customer-related issues, including but not limited to:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Failure to complete Adult Signature verification
• Refusal of delivery
• Failure to retrieve the package from the shipping carrier
The original shipping cost, Adult Signature Service fee, and Route Package Protection fee are non-refundable.
If the customer requests the order to be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply and must be paid before the package can be resent.
- Lost or Undelivered Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, VapingLand is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
VapingLand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier has confirmed successful delivery.
- Replacement Shipping
All replacement shipments are sent using standard shipping methods.
For warranty-related replacements approved by our support team, VapingLand may provide a replacement order or store credit at our discretion.
