1. Order Process & Tracking Notifications
The Vaping Land will be processing your order within 48 hours, with most orders shipping out in less than 24 hours. In cases of high demand (holidays), orders can take up to 72 hours. The tracking notification mails will be sent to you once the warehouse released the packages.
Shipping Method and Estimated Times will be provided at checkout.
*Western area- 5-7 working days in transit
*Eastern area- 6-20 working days in transit
2. Return to Sender
If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect/undeliverable address, Vapingland is not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods to our warehouse. If the goods are back in our warehouse, a refund will be offered less the postal and restocking expenses.
3. Lost & Undelivered Packages
Lost & undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Vaping Land, we recommend customers keep notice of the tracking information, and if met any issues please contact the third-party carrier is used on time.
If you note that erroneous before fulfilling the order, please kindly contact Vapingland on time. We will try to update the information for you.
If you note that erroneous after fulfilment, please kindly contact the third-party carrier in use on time, and try to correct the address. Vaping Land is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

All replacements are shipped by standard shipping.
