VapingLand Package Protection is a service provided by VapingLand that ensures coverage for shipments in cases of loss, theft, or damage while in transit. When you opt for VapingLand Package Protection for your order, your items are essentially insured for their full value. This service offers customers added security, ensuring that shipments are protected throughout the delivery process. Please note that VapingLand Package Protection is only applicable to domestic orders shipped within the 50 states of the United States.

How Do I File a Claim for My Order?

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you may submit a claim by filing a support ticket through our "Customer Support" section.

How Long Do I Have to File a Claim with VapingLand?

Marked as Delivered (Stolen)

Claims for stolen packages can be submitted no sooner than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days after the package is marked as delivered.
In certain cases, VapingLand may require a police report before proceeding with the claim.

Stuck in Transit (Lost)

For packages that are lost in transit, claims may be filed no earlier than 10 business days and no later than 30 calendar days from the order date.

Damaged Items

Claims for damaged products must be accompanied by photos of both the packaging and the affected items. These claims must be submitted no later than 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
