At VapingLand, we are committed to processing all return requests fairly. Before initiating a return, we encourage customers to thoroughly test their products and contact our support team for troubleshooting.

1. Standard Returns (14-Day Unified Policy)

We accept return requests for the following items within 14 days of delivery:

  • Items must be brand new, unopened, and unused.
  • The original packaging must be intact with all accessories included.

⚠️ Note on Hardware: For Vape Kits and hardware that have been used or were delivered more than 14 days ago, returns and refunds are not accepted. In these cases, please contact the manufacturer’s customer service directly.

  • Application Window: Within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: Original factory seals must remain unbroken.
  • Refund Method: Original payment method or store credit.
  • Rejection Criteria: Packages that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Atomizers (RDAs, RTAs, Tanks)
  • Rechargeable batteries and chargers
  • E-liquids, disposables, replacement coils, and pods (no returns if the seal is broken)
  • Glass components, drip tips, O-rings, and other small accessories
  • Any product with a broken tamper-evident seal

3. Shipping Issues & Transit Damage

Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery:

  • Reporting Window: Damage, missing items, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence Required: Clear photos and the original order invoice.
  • Cosmetic Imperfections: Minor surface scratches or slight color variations are considered normal manufacturing variances and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

4. Shipping Fees & Costs

No Direct Exchanges: We process returns as refunds or store credit only. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees, Adult Signature fees, and insurance are non-refundable.

Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, all associated shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. How to Start Your Return

To start a claim, please email [email protected] with:

  1. Your Full Name & Order Number
  2. A Brief Description of the issue
  3. Photo or Video Evidence

Shipping Your Return:

IMPORTANT: Do not ship to the address on your original package. We will provide a specific return address once your request is approved.

Use a bubble mailer or a sturdy box. Do not use standard paper envelopes.
