Returns & Exchanges Policy
At VapingLand, we are committed to customer satisfaction and address all return and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. Before initiating a return, we strongly encourage customers to thoroughly test their products and consult our support team for troubleshooting assistance. In many instances, technical issues can be resolved promptly through expert guidance.
1. Standard Returns
We accept returns for new, unopened, and unused items purchased directly through our website.
- Eligibility Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. Any product that does not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
- Refunds: Eligible returns will be processed as a refund to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to strict health, safety, and sanitary regulations, the following items are final sale once opened or used:
- Hardware: Atomizers (RDAs, RTAs, Tanks), Rechargeable Batteries, and Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glass, O-Rings).
- Consumables: E-liquids, Disposable Vapes, Replacement Coils, and Pods (if the tamper seal or foil is broken).
- Specialty Items: Cigars, Hemp Products, and Glass Accessories.
- Sealed Products: Any item featuring a tamper-proof seal is ineligible for return once the seal has been compromised.
3. Warranty Services
Hardware devices purchased from VapingLand include a 30-Day Limited Warranty, effective from the date of delivery.
- Scope: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or “user error.”
- Exclusions: Consumables and wear-and-tear items (coils, pods, tanks, e-liquids, etc.) are excluded from this 30-day warranty.
- Manufacturer Support: For issues occurring after the 30-day window, or for specific brands that handle their own claims, customers may be directed to the manufacturer’s after-sales department.
- Note: Initial contact with our support team does not extend the 30-day warranty period.
4. Delivery Issues & Shipping Damage
Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders immediately upon receipt.
- Reporting Window: Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requirements: You must provide a clear photograph of the received items along with the original paper invoice.
- Cosmetic Issues: Minor imperfections, such as slight scratches or discoloration, are considered normal manufacturing variations and are not covered under warranty or this policy.
5. Return Shipping and Refunds
- Shipping Costs: For standard returns (e.g., changed mind or incorrect item ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For approved warranty claims, VapingLand will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit. Please note that VapingLand cannot issue refunds to expired or canceled credit/prepaid cards.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges, Adult Signature Service fees, and Route Protection fees are strictly non-refundable.
- No Direct Exchanges: We do not offer direct replacements. Approved claims will be resolved via refund or store credit, allowing you to place a new order at your convenience.
6. How to File a Claim
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact us at [email protected] or via our website’s Contact Form. Please include the following:
- Full Name and Order Number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Supporting visual evidence (photos or videos).
Important Packaging Instructions: When shipping items back to us, use a padded envelope or sturdy box. Do not use standard paper envelopes, as they do not provide adequate protection. Items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging may be denied a refund. Do not ship to the address found on your original shipping label; we will provide the correct return facility address once your claim is approved.
